I built orbitalcontracts.com as an easy way to search through NASA contracts. The data is sourced from NASA directly and is updated regularly. Currently the earliest data I have on hand is from NASA fiscal year of 2005, in the future this may be expanded further back in time.
The website is built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with additional libraries for data visualization and interactivity. I host the site on my own hardware, so if you're reading this or not reading this it reflects my performance.
